It delivers exceptional adhesion to porous construction materials, curing into a durable, smooth joint that can be seamlessly painted over with standard emulsion or synthetic paints.
Key Features & Benefits
Seamless Overpainting: Fully compatible with most water-based and solvent-based paints once cured, preventing discoloration or cracking of the paint layer.
Low Odor & Solvent-Free: Environmentally friendly, emission-safe formulation ideal for enclosed indoor spaces.
Effortless Tooling: Smooth extrusion consistency that allows for easy application, shaping, and clean-up using water while wet.
Plasto-Elastic Properties: Accommodates minor joint movements (up to 10% maximum movement capacity) to prevent surface fissures.
Weather and Aging Resistant: Withstands standard temperature fluctuations ranging from -20°C to +80°C after full curing.
Recommended Applications
Sealing static and low-movement connection joints around window frames, door frames, skirting boards, staircases, and ceilings.
Filling surface cracks, corner gaps, and nail or screw holes in plaster, drywall, concrete, and masonry.
Internal joint sealing for drywall partitions and architectural moldings prior to painting.
