Product Overview
SikaTop® Seal-107 is a two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating. It consists of a liquid polymer and a cement-based powder that, when mixed, form a slurry that protects concrete and mortar substrates against water penetration.
Primary Uses

Waterproofing: Ideal for lining water tanks, swimming pools, basements, bathrooms, and terraces.

Damp-Proofing: Sealing exterior basement walls and retaining walls against ground moisture.

Protection: Protecting concrete surfaces from salt, frost, and carbonation.

Crack Sealing: Bridges minor hairline cracks in static concrete.
