Sika Top seal - 107

Product Overview

SikaTop® Seal-107 is a two-component, polymer-modified cementitious waterproofing coating. It consists of a liquid polymer and a cement-based powder that, when mixed, form a slurry that protects concrete and mortar substrates against water penetration.

Primary Uses

• Waterproofing: Ideal for lining water tanks, swimming pools, basements, bathrooms, and terraces.

• Damp-Proofing: Sealing exterior basement walls and retaining walls against ground moisture.

• Protection: Protecting concrete surfaces from salt, frost, and carbonation.

• Crack Sealing: Bridges minor hairline cracks in static concrete.

Key Characteristics

• Two-Part System: Pre-dosed components eliminate mixing errors (mix liquid A + powder B).

• Potable Water Safe: Non-toxic and generally approved for use in contact with drinking water.

• Flexible Application: Can be applied by stiff brush or trowel.

• Adhesion: Bonds excellent to damp surfaces (substrate does not need to be bone dry).

• Impermeable: Provides a high barrier against positive and negative water pressure.
